Finally, about a month later than expected, our chicks are here. They are unbelievably cute. Piper is having a great time socializing them.

Piper and I both took part in the horse show on Mother’s Day. She took 2 second place and 1 third place ribbon on Dixie. While I have no intention of doing horse shows, this was cool because Piper got to lead me around on Zoe. It was funny feeling like the experienced one after 4 whole lessons. The other mom’s had only been on a few trail rides. Here are a few photos. You can’t see it in the pictures, but Piper awesomely decorated my helmet for me for Mother’s Day – dolphins and stars. It looks very snazzy. Piper’s last jump was awesome.
